Lindsay Lohan, who was accompanied by British socialite Lady Victoria Hervey, attended Downtown LA’s rave of the summer: Electric Daisy Carnival this past weekend. Wearing a pair of knee-high fringed boots to cover her SCRAM device and a “leg chain” (yep – that’s right, body jewelry is all the rage this summer thanks to Litter SF), sober Lohan still managed to stay out until 3 AM.

Twi-hards were stoked last night when The Twilight Saga: New Moon won Film of the Year at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards and Kristen Stewart and Rob Pattinson won best female and male performer trophies as well as the best kiss award (after the always awkward Stewart tripped on her way to the stage and attempted an almost-kissing-tease-the-audience skit with Rob).

And, we were stoked last night when we stepped into Katy Perry’s MTV Movie Awards “California Girls” After Party at a Minx Society favorite Las Palmas in Hollywood.  Despite the odd appearance made by the cast of Jersey Shore (which, we will admit, gave us a laugh or two), other guests included newly blonde Lindsay Lohan (who stuck to “mocktails” and kept her SCRAM ankle bracelet strategically hidden under her boots), Paris Hilton (who tried to make headlines by arriving with Jersey Shore ‘guido’ Vinny Guadagnino) and Nicky Hilton, Audrina Pattridge, Emma Roberts, and Russell Brand (of course).

New Couple Alert: Lindsay Lohan is dating sexy celebrity photographer Indrani Pal-Chaudhuri, 36 (pictured above). Indrani, star of the Bravo reality show, Double Exposure, worked with Lindsay Lohan last fall and the couple have been secretly dating since.

Markus Klinko, Indrani’s partner on Double Exposure, confirms the romantic relationship between Lindsay and Indrani, who, by the way, is his ex-girlfriend. “Lindsay and Indrani have been seeing each other since we shot her last fall. I’ve seen them on dates, I have seen them making out. Indrani is a good influence on Lindsay. She is the opposite of a party girl . . . a Princeton graduate, she’s into art and is a philanthropist. Not what you’d expect the typical girl for Lindsay to go out with. When they are together, they talk about art and the deeper meaning in life.”

Indrani admitted, “We have been spending a lot of time together. I have never had a relationship with a woman before, but Lindsay is just somebody who I find fascinating, gorgeous and extremely smart, as well as super-hot.”

The group that brought you h. wood and the tea room is at it again. And this time they’ve revitalized former Hollywood restaurant and nightspot, Las Palmas. With a soft opening on Cinco de Mayo, Las Palmas had its official opening last night.

The transformation brings with it a whole slew of exciting renovations. One of the more unique feature is a mouthwatering outdoor taco stand at the entrance. This will not only greet guests but also serve up hot tacos and a la carte Mexican food until 3 a.m. (Now we know where to head after hours!). While inside you can expect to find vibrant Spanish tiles accenting the dark woods, and brass details contrasting with the richer metal features. The menu will consist of traditional Mexican fare, and the spot itself promises to showcase eclectic DJ’s catering to the exclusive h. wood clientele (Lindsay Lohan was recently spotted here with a new bodyguard).

Here’s a sneak peak to famed Los Angeles photographer Tyler Shields’ newest project: a photography book called The Dirty Side of Glamor. Shields describes the collection as “people doing crazy things in a crazy way” and compares the shoots to filming scenes in a movie.  “It’s not softcore porn, hunny, it’s called ART,” Lindsay Lohan described the bare and bloody photoshoot. As of this weekend, Lindsay Lohan has been banned from newcomer hotspot Trousdale after she threw a drink at ex-Samantha Ronson Friday night. Trousdale asked Lohan to leave the venue and never come back. Immediately following, Ronson tweeted about the incident: “Just got a glass thrown at my head. … Hmmm – wonder who did it?” The battle between ex’s continues…

Lindsay Lohan, pictured here at the Coachella Music and Arts Festival on Sunday, claimed she was spat on last night by her former girlfriend Samantha Ronson via Twitter: Lindsay: “Fun @coachella but tonight @ my friernds bday party, @samantharonson spit in my face and left w/ @mileycyrus ‘s ex.” Samantha Ronson retorted back: “Guess what didn’t happen tonight……” Wonder if these two lovebirds will ever kiss (not spit) and make up?

Lindsay Lohan paid homage to fashion designer Roberto Cavalli extraordinaire this past weekend.   The 23-year-old chose a braided one-sleeved lame’ mini by Roberto Cavalli for her front row appearance at the designer’s show during Milan Fashion Week and changed into baggy sequined pants by Roberto Cavalli, a Dolce & Gabanna fur vest, and Fendi shoes for the after party.

Fraulein means “unmarried woman” in German, but, according to an interview with Nylon, Ellen von Unwerth has a very different definition for it.“I thought, fraulein is such a perfect name for the kind of woman I photograph; frivolous, fun, bubbly, and has lots of personality,” she said. Reportedly, Von Unwerth began the project by picking through 1,500 boxes of pictures, searching for the perfect images that reflected eroticsized femininity, intrigue, and romance. The outcome is one of the sexiest books you’ll ever see.
