The British Fashion Council (BFC) has announced the nominees for the British Style Awards 2010! The honor, which was rightfully (and expectedly) given to Kate Moss last year, acknowledges an individual who exemplifies the essence of British fashion. Well it seems Kate Moss’s launch party at Topshop this week caused some attention – and not just for her new range of clothing. The gorgeous model turned up to London’s flagship store sporting new blond hair and fringe – that she chopped herself. The UK Telegraph’s Fashion Director, Hilary Alexander leaked the news on twitter last night when she quoted the actress as saying. “I got bored one night and cut it with the kitchen scissors”.
