Last week, Natalie Portman stopped for lunch at Urth Cafe in West Hollywood in just about the nerdiest frock we’ve ever seen. Though, she made it up for it last night at the Venice Film Festival’s Style Star Lounge.
Portman looked ravishing in a deep purple Miu Miu dress and Charles David shoes while promoting her new flick, “Black Swan,” the opener for the festival. The thriller, directed by Darren Aronofsky (The Wrestler), is set in the world of ballet rivalry (starring Portman, Mila Kunis, and Winona Ryder). “Black Swan” hits theaters December 1st, 2010, check out the trailer here:
Jessica Alba edged out her super girly summer Marc Jacobs dress with a pair of velvet platform pumps by Opening Ceremony, when she made an appearance on ‘The Late Show with David Letterman’ at the Ed Sullivan Theater in Manhattan, New York last night.
Robert Rodriguez’s, “Machete,” premiered at the Orpheum Theatre in L.A. last night. The cast was out in full affect, arriving in lowriders on motorcycle while Jessica Alba shined in Balmain’s signature bold shoulder metallic mini. This morning, Bilson’s rep confirmed it:“Yes, the engagement is off.” Christensen, 29, and Bilson, 28, met on the set of their film, “Jumper,” and announced their engagement in February 2009.

Kelly Osbourne has called off her 16-month engagement to model Luke Worrall. Apparently, Osbourne suspected Worrall of cheating, and the allegations were made public on both Osbourne and Worrall’s Facebook and Twitter pages (She has since deleted all but one post, which reads: “Luke Worrall makes me sick!!!”).
Some malevolent blogger posted an unflattering picture of the ex-reality star and singer with a caption that read, “Who would cheat on this?” Osbourne fired back saying, “@hitdanback thanx your really a sweet heart so what your saying is that im ugly so it was ok for him to cheat go f*ck yourself!!!!!”
In a more optimistic post, Osbourne thanked her fans for the outpouring of support after the incident, tweeting, “Thank you all so much for your support but the matter is private and I will not be commenting, enough damage has already been fucking done!”
Blake Lively met up with Chanel designer Karl Lagerfield as well as Armani for a late lunch at the Ritz-Carlton in Paris. She’s currently in the city to shoot new episodes for the fourth season of her hit show ‘Gossip Girl,’ and the big question is: will Lagerfield be making a guest appearance?
