Right in the heart of Hollywood, Space 1520 boasts plenty of stores to keep local fashionastas happy. But the space also lends itself to plenty of art, music and film fun and even includes an Umami burger restaurant called Umami Urban. The space will be especially happening this coming weekend when you can swing by for the space’s Backlot Block Party, a celebration of food, shopping and music.
From 12 to 6 pm this Saturday the 25th, the space will offer you a number of clothes and food vendors and musical appearances. Food trucks will be at your fingertips while names like Free Range and Clara’s Cakes will also be on hand. For clothing, you can choose from a wide range of styles. From the artsy Hit + Run to the fun and flirty Mink Pink, you’re sure to find an outfit for any occasion. Additional brands also include My Grandma’s Closet, Black Velvet Vintage and Cheap Monday.
While you’re browsing the racks the sounds floating through the air will come from music names like M83’s Anthony Gonzales, Gran Ronde and Mirror Talk. RSVP on Facebook to find out more. Not a bad way to end the summer!
