Meet the lovely and talented Athena Perample. Easily, breathtakingly gorgeous is the first thing that comes to mind for this little minx, but there is so much more to our current “it” girl. With her palpable grace, charm, and wit, Athena was born for the spotlight and has the drive to take her there.

Having scored a life-influencing audition through her agent, Clear Talent Group, Athena has been a part of the hottest water ballet entertainment company, the Aqualillies since November of 2010. The Aqualillies have reinvented the classic art form of synchronized swimming, garnering attention in a very big way. They have been featured in Vogue, Marie Claire, The New York Times and LA Times Magazine and even performed at Justin Timberlake’s birthday party as well as Minx Society’s One Year Anniversary party featured on MTV. The Aqualillies brand is synonymous with classic beauty, sexy sophistication, luxury and style, everything that Athena stands for. There’s no doubt that success and endless opportunities will continue to come naturally for her, doing the things she loves most. She has trained in dance and gymnastics her whole life and is currently professionally partaking in these activities here in our prized city of Los Angeles.

“I have danced and modeled for companies such as Reebok, Nike, Samsung, and Joy Rich. On the day of my one-year anniversary in LA, I landed a role on Season 3 of Glee as a Troubletone.  I plan on dancing, acting, performing, and modeling for a long time. I absolutely love fashion and designing and hope to own a clothing line someday,” she says. We of course wouldn’t want anything more than for that to happen for Miss Perample, just as long as we’re one of the first to get dibs and sneak peaks of all the fabulous designs and styles.

For Athena, Los Angeles is simply a place where there are no boundaries, no limits. “I can do what I love everyday, wear what I want, and most importantly my work is here.” However, there’s never a day that goes by that she doesn’t think about her family back home in Traverse City, Michigan whom she misses a lot. Nevertheless, you can find this blonde bombshell at some of the hottest spots in the city of Hollywood, like Boa, The Federal Bar, Roosevelt Hotel, and the Edge Performing Arts Center. But, for Athena, the most fun is spent at the dance studio where she’s able to let loose and keep her body toned and in motion which also has much to do with exercising, with Cardio Barre and Core Power Yoga being amongst her favorites.

So you’re probably wondering what a pretty little minx like her is doing without a guy linked to her side? Whoever might be consumed with wishful thinking of becoming “that guy” needs not to worry; she doesn’t ask for much except many of the same attributes we can all agree on.

“My dream guy has to be fun and make me laugh, a guy that can be a friend and a boyfriend. He’s a gentlemen that has been raised right. Health is very important to me so he should have some interest in wellness. Being passionate and a hard worker seals the deal because he won’t ever give up.” Something you will never see Athena do. With a budding career that’s only bound to get better you can catch her in the upcoming years traveling with plans of one day being married, starting a family close to hers, all the while still indulging in the worlds of fashion, dance, acting, modeling and performing.
