Boogie Down to Rockwell: Table & Stage

On Monday, June 18th, 2012

Calling all cinematic enthusiasts! If you have great taste in film, you probably really dig Paul Thomas Anderson. You know, the dude who directed Punch Drunk Love, Magnolia and of course Boogie Nights?! In addition to totally awesome story lines, acting performances, and raw aesthetics, all his films have another preeminent quality in common: stellar soundtracks. To appreciate & experience the genius of Paul Thomas Anderson in a whole new way, head to Rockwell’s newest concept: Table & Stage.

Rockwell is the re-imagined new lounge taking over the former Vermont Restaurant in Los Feliz. On Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, the space plays host to crazy beautiful live music shows based on movie soundtracks – this summer highlighting the genius that is Anderson, of course.

Snag a reservation & bring a date for a totally in-the-know, unique Los Angeles experience. As you sip on stiff cocktails, a crew of wildly talented performers will dance & sing on stage, around the room, & at (or on) your table.

In the spirit of the show, Rockwell: Table & Stage will have special menu selections including The Big Diggler (a 10-inch ballpark all beef frankfurter with mustard, ketchup, onions, relish), The Disco Dog (homemade chicken, turkey and sun-dried tomato sausage, grilled and served with cheddar cheese and spicy mustard), and Punch Drunk Punch.

‘For the Record: Boogie Nights,’ as the performance is called, runs from Thursday, June 7th to Saturday, August 4th at 9 PM with 3 shows weekly. It’s $30 bucks a pop, get your tickets here.
