LA X LA: Beau Dunn, Model/Actress/Philanthropist
Ladies & gentleman, say hello to this stunning born & raised Angeleno, Beau Dunn. This girl has it all: she acts, she models, and she’s smart. After graduating from Malibu’s Pepperdine University, she immediately booked a coveted network pilot and three guest star roles in record time thanks to her killer looks and vivacious personality.
Beau has been the “face” of such coveted modeling campaigns for Smashbox Cosmetics, Sketchers, Pravana Hair Care, Raw Minerals, Iredale Cosmetics and Jane Nailene. The prestigious FORD Models signed her when BEBE designer Saundra Saulnier brought her to their attention. New Zealand’s 62 Models also represents Beau internationally.
Among Beau’s recent acting credits are roles in NBC’s hit comedy Up All Night, HBO’s Entourage, CBS’s CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, CBS’s Melissa & Joey and the upcoming Lifetime film, Killing Mr. Wright. With her innate thirst for knowledge, Beau continues to study with some of Los Angeles’ most demanding acting coaches.
Aside from her oh-so-glamorous life, she works hard for Cure Lipedema, a charity organization she founded in pursuit of finding a cure & spreading awareness for women suffering from Lipedema, a painful disorder that affects the adipose tissue of women’s bodies. She’s also a phenomenal artist – check out some of her work here.
Beau’s Hollywood legacy even extends to where she lives; she is proud to call the guesthouse of actor James Cagney’s estate her home. For the latest on Beau, bookmark her site, follow her on Twitter, and like her on Facebook. Here’s this beauty queen’s scoop on all things LA:
