Jessica Biel was spotted out and about in London today for the UK premiere of “A-team.” For daytime, she opted for a plain jane look complete with a celery green pencil skirt, but for night she looked ravishing in a Giambattista Valli column dress, Neil Lane jewels and a Tiffany & Co. clutch (although you can’t tell where the dress ends and the carpet begins – and those are – undoubtedly, black granny panties peaking through!)
